A county Monaghan GAA club has received planning permission to construct a new 3G training field at its club grounds.
The works will see Éire Óg GAA club in Smithborough develop a new 3G field, alongside new boundary fences, netting, and floodlights.
The works will be to the north western side of the existing playing pitches and club facilities.
The Éire Óg Committee says the new 3G playing field is a "much needed facility" that will "allow for all season training at the grounds".
