Planning permission has been granted for the construction of four townhouses in Cootehill, Co Cavan.
The homes, to the rear of 67 Market Street, will consist of one, two-bed townhouse and three, one-bed townhouses.
The works will involve alterations and a change of use to an existing vacant two-storey building.
Construction will also involve minor alterations to elevations, internal fit out works, and provision of private amenity spaces.
The works were granted subject to 18 conditions, which includes the need to provide sheltered bicycle parking space and that the archway onto Market Street is not used for car parking.
