Planning permission has been granted for the change of use of a Monaghan Town guesthouse.
The permission obtained in recent days allows for the change of use to three apartments at 60 and 61 Dublin Street in the town.
The provision of a communal amenity area, bin store and bike store along with all associated site works are a part of the application.
Significant Further information have been received which relates to the revised site layout and revised floor plans.
Monaghan County Council gave Errigal Group Ltd the green light with 3 conditions attached.
