Planning permission has been approved for 26 houses in Castleblayney.
The development will consist of the construction of 26 x 2 and 3 Bed semi-detached and terraced dwellings. The 2 storey properties will have new vehicular entrance off the Railway Road.
The plans that got the green light by Monaghan County Council include car parking, footpaths, open space, public lighting, landscaping, retaining walls and boundary treatments. County planners gave Newvend Limited the go ahead with 18 conditions attached.
