Permission has been granted for an extension at Blackstaff National School.
The Minister for Education announced the approval yesterday evening under the Additional School Accommodation Scheme.
It will see one new mainstream classroom including an ensuite bathroom built at the school in Cholmcille.

Representatives across the region have welcomed the news stating that it will come as welcome news for the parents, staff and students.
