Cavan County Council has granted permission to resume and complete part of an existing housing development in Ballyconnell.
The works will see the completion of the rear element of Daisyhill Manor, which comprises of four three-bed semi-detached dwellings, as well as a four-bed detached dwelling.
The planners report notes that the site achieves a density of 12 units per hectare, which is described as "acceptable" in terms of the layout.
The works were approved subject to 14 conditions and include connections to existing services and site development works.
