The Bikers Memorial committee have announced the site of the proposed National Bikers memorial sculpture/garden.
The selected site is adjacent to the new Clones marina of the Ulster canal. The site will be developed to make a reflective place for people to come and remember their loved ones in a quiet, respectful and dignified manner.
The bikers memorial committee has been set up 23 years now and Brian MacUaid who is the PRO of the Gone But Not Forgotten Bikers Memorial says this location will offer a place to visit 365 days a year and not just once a year for their annual get together in memory of loved ones that are no longer with them. A fundraiser has been set up with a mission to progress this national memorial and bring it to fruition.
Brian says this location will be a place of peace and will bring people together from all over the country.
