People in Monaghan are being encouraged to play their part in the county's
pollinator plan.
The local authority has been working to encourage people to work to promote
spaces for bees and other pollinating insects.
The All-Ireland Pollinator Plan was adopted by the Council in 2019 as part
of an effort to increase biodiversity.

Parts of green spaces within the town are let grow to encourage wildflowers
and people in the area are being encouraged to do so too.
