Party leaders are to meet the Taoiseach and Tánaiste tomorrow to try to resolve the Dáil speaking rights row.
Labour's Ivana Bacik has asked Micheál Martin for the meeting, after chaotic scenes as TDs sat to elect the Taoiseach last month.
Independents who back the government want to join a 'technical group' which would allow them speak from the opposition benches.
