Passengers at Dublin airport can expect to get through security in about 20 minutes over the Bank Holiday Weekend.
Almost half a million passengers are expected through the terminals over the weekend with 120 thousand passengers expected on Sunday alone. Airport operators are advising passengers that all car parks have been sold out.
Director of Communications at the DAA Sarah Ryan says some passengers may have to make alternative travel arrangement to get to the airport: "We always advise our passengers to book ahead and people are really listening to us because passengers have booked ahead and the parking is sold out for this weekend," she said, "But, there are bus services from every county in Ireland so, we would really encourage passengers to think ahead about how they;re going to h=get here and arrange a bus or lift with a friend or think bout other options."
