HIQA says "overall improvements" have been made at a Ballybay care centre.
Last year, the health watchdog said Camphill Community Ballybay was found to have a "fundamental failure to comply" with a number of regulations.
The centre is a residential service that provides care and support for 17 adults with intellectual disabilities.
An unannounced inspection was carried out in February of this year, and the centre was found to be compliant or substantially compliant in all but one area.
It was part of the national monitoring programme of Camphill Communities of Ireland due to a series of "very poor inspection findings" at sites across the country.
The inspectors said that improvements made since last year had resulted in "improved outcomes" for residents and a "more streamlined and accountable service".
The one area of non-compliance was where there previous examples of inappropriate retrospective charges to a number of residents and the investigation report wasn't available at the time of inspection.
In response to the report, the service provider said all outstanding issues were complied with by the end of May this year.
In a statement, Camphill Communities of Ireland said it was pleased at the positive reports on high levels of compliance at Ballybay, with interim CEO Louise Gorman saying they are still in the process of standardising and centralising the organisation.
