Farmers and farm organisations across the Northern Sound region received a shared total of over €102 million in CAP payments last year.
Details released by the Department of Agriculture reveal €1.8bn was issued to 129,000 farmers or companies last year.
In Cavan, 4,870 farmers shared a total of just over €57 million under the CAP.
The biggest payment was made to Cavan LCDC, which received over €2.1 million under the Leader Quality of life and Diversification.
The second highest amount in Cavan went to B&L Farms, with just over €164,000, the majority of which is under Direct Payments.
In Monaghan, 4,089 farmers shared a total of more than €45 million in payments.
This includes just under €3 million for Commercial Mushroom Producers under Aid to Producer Organisations and around €1.5 million for the Monaghan LCDC for Leader Quality of life and Diversification.
