Over 350 people turned up for a Covid test at the recent pop-up centre in Virginia.

The pop-up test centre at the Virginia Show Centre was open last Friday and Saturday after public health officials raised concern about the spread of Covid-19 in Cavan.
213 people turned up for a test on the Friday, and a further 140 on Saturday.
344 further tests were carried out at the regular testing site at Castlesaunderson during the same period.
The positivity rate of Covid-19 tests in County Cavan currently stands at 21 per cent.
Meanwhile in Monaghan, the walk-in test centre at Cloghan 457 people got tested last weekend.
Currently, more than 1 in 4 tests in County Monaghan are returning positive.
