An online fundraiser has been set up to help a family who lost all their belongings following a fire in Cavan Town at the weekend.
It's understood the fire started outside the front door of the families home in Breffni Terrace in Cavan Town in the early hours of Friday morning last.
Sarah Monahan, the orgainser of the GoFundMe said that this fundraising initiative was a way to try help the Marie O'Rourke and her family get back on there feet to get whatever they may need.

A life of special keep sakes and memories gone just like that. Gardaí confirmed that enquiries are ongoing following the report of a fire at a residential property on Dublin Road in Cavan Town at around 2.30am on January 17 last.
