A motorcyclist was taken to Monaghan Hospital following a road crash on the N2 yesterday evening.
The collision between a motorbike and two cars happened at 6:50pm near Broomfield.
Gardaí and emergency services attended the incident and the driver of a motorcycle, a man in his 50s was taken to hospital in Monaghan, a minor injuries unit. The road near McCaughey's Garage remained open throughout.
