It could be October before a verdict is delivered in the trial of four men accused of the false imprisonment and assault of Kevin Lunney.
The trial began before the Special Criminal Court in May and was expected to take up to 12 weeks.
However, the prosecution team is expected to complete its evidence this week but it's not yet known if defence teams plan to call evidence.
