The nurse who became the first person on the island of Ireland to receive the Covid-19 vaccine has urged people to maintain their vigilance

The nurse who became the first person on the island of Ireland to receive
the Covid-19 vaccine has urged people to maintain their vigilance against
the virus over Christmas.

Joanna Sloan is the Sister in charge of the vaccine roll-out in the Belfast
Health and Social Care Trust.

While she says the roll-out of the vaccine in the north is "amazing", she's
also warned that we are "by no means through with the pandemic".

Joanna told Shannonside Northern Sound that while it's tempting to gather
after a tough year, it's important to avoid complacency over Christmas:
