Speaking to Northern Sound, CEO of GeoDirectory, Dara Keogh, expects the number of new addresses being registered across the region to continue to rise.
"We expect to see an increase in the number of new builds and the number of new addresses that we're adding every year and the trend that we're seeing year on year is a 17.5% increase in the number of addresses. The expectation is that trend will continue on for the next number of years and that would include Cavan and Monaghan where you can see 255 new addresses were registered last quarter and 319 under construction. So, there's already more buildings under construction than were addresses added. The same occured in Monaghan where 282 addresses were registered and 316 under construction. So, that's all very positive".
