Northern Ireland ministers have until midnight to agree new Covid-19 restrictions.

Ministers will resume discussions later with only hours to go until the measures lapse, with many businesses in the dark on whether they will be able to open tomorrow.
It's understood the DUP vetoed a proposal from health minister Robin Swann to extend the circuit-break measures by one week.
