There's no date for the opening of the Covid-19 test centre at Castle Saunderson.
The HSE announced last month the centre would move from its current site in Ballinagh but the announcement has been met with fierce opposition.
The HSE said the decision to move to Castle Saunderson was to allow regular health services to resume at the health centre in Ballinagh.
It said it had reached agreement with Scouting Ireland for its facility to be used.
However, people in the area raised concerns about the move.
They said it's one of the only safe places for people in the area to exercise but the HSE has since said public access to the forest park will remain in place.
They also questioned why the centre was being moved there given the travel time from other parts of Cavan but the HSE said the Civil Defence would be available to transport people if required.
The announcement about the move was made at the end of March but in response to a query from Northern Sound News, the HSE said no opening date has been decided.
