Lakeland Dairies has announced that Niall Matthews has been returned as chairman of the co-operative following this week's board meeting.
Board Member Keith Agnew has been elected vice chariman.
Matthews who was first elected to his role in February 2021 farms in Co Louth, in partnership with his wife Juana, and their son and two daughters.
He said he looked forward to continuing the "strong progress" of Lakeland Dairies.
He also paid tribute to outgoing vice chairmen Alan McCay and Andrew McHugh who will both continue on at the board of the co-operative.
Mr Agnew, meanwhile, is a dairy farmer in Newry, Co Down and farms a Holstein-Friesian herd in partnership with his wife Ruth and three sons.
Lakeland Dairies processes 2 billion litres of milk annually into a wide range of high quality dairy food ingredients, foodservice and consumer products.
It collects milk from over 3,200 family farms across 16 counties north and south.
