NI health and social staff to get £500 Covid payment

All health and social care staff in Northern Ireland are getting a once-off payment of £500.

It's in recognition of their work during the Covid-19 pandemic.

All qualifying students, who have been on a clinical placement since last October, will get a once-off payment of £2,000 .

Meanwhile, 191,000 Covid-19 vaccines have now been administered in the North.
