Substantial completion of the Newbliss RRDF Digital Enterprise Hub is expected in quarter 4 of this year.
Lowry Construction Ltd, the main contractor for the refurbishment of the former Newbliss courthouse building are continuing to progress works. Works completed to date include the establishment of the site compound and offices, erection of a crane and general site clearance work.
Works are ongoing in relation to the new roof structure on both the main building and the outbuilding. The chimneys on the main building have also been rebuilt, allowing the structural steel purlins to be installed to support the roof.
