Another house is being searched as part of the disappearance and murder of Kyran Durnin. The last official sighting of the Louth schoolboy was in May 2022. Kyran Durnin was officially reported missing at the end of August last year but gardai believe the 6 year old had been killed over two years before that. A murder investigation has been underway and gardai have searched two properties previously.
This morning they've sealed off a house in Drogheda and say they're searching for any evidence which might provide them with evidence as to what happened to him or where his remains are. Gardai say despite receiving extensive support from the public, they still haven't located Kyran. They also say there's a lot of public commentary on the investigation and much of it is, inaccurate, misinformed and disruptive. They're again asking anyone with information to come forward and say don't assume the investigation team knows the information that you may have.
