County Meath is finally on track to get a new rail line by 2035. The plan by Iarnród Éireann proposes to install a new line from Dunboyne to incorporate Dunshaughlin and Kilmessan culminating in Navan. The first phase of the project will be developed over the next two years and finalised by 2035.
Barry Kenny Corporate Communications Manager with Iarnród Éireann says they need to consult with land owners along the route, before they begin.
