A new principal has been appointed to Ballybay Community College.
Rosie Croakin is taking on the new position, having already worked in the Monaghan school for almost 20 years.
Originally from Monaghan town, Rosie is a former student of Beech Hill College and as well as being a Religion and English teacher, holds a qualification in School Guidance and Counselling.
She takes over from Moya Lynch, who is retiring having served as principal for 12 years and been a teacher in the school since 1987.
The Chief Executive of CMETB, Dr Fiona McGrath welcomed Rosie to the new position and thanked Moya for her dedication.
