A new Health Centre in Killeshandra is due for completion by the end of June.
Planning permission for the long-awaited project was granted in 2018 and works began on site in 2020.
However, work on the site was disrupted due to the pandemic.
In response to a request from local TD Brendan Smith, a HSE spokesperson said the centre is due for completion at the end of quarter two of this year.
The statement added that the building will be compromised of one Primary Care Team, with capacity for wider services in Primary Care, and other divisions who will be able to avail of bookable space.
Deputy Smith says he's asked the HSE to ensure a wide range of services are provided in Killeshandra as soon as practical when the new building is complete.
