Planning permission has been granted for the construction of a new early learning centre in Monaghan.
Klaine Childcare Limited applied for planning permission to develop the centre at Monarghy Business Park in Castleblayney.
The early learning centre will be 868m squared in size, and arranged over two floors beneath a pitched roof.
The development will comprise of vehicular and pedestrian access, car-parking, hard and soft landscaping and external play spaces.
In addition, the submission includes boundary treatment, connection into public utilities and associated attention system and site works.
The application was approved by county planners with 9 conditions attached.
