A new car park for Monaghan hospital has been given the green light.
The HSE applied to Monaghan County Council in July for the demolition of the existing derelict ambulance building and associated gate lodge residence.
A new carpark area and the replacement of the existing roadside boundary wall and railings were also included in the application.

Monaghan county planners approved the application for the new carpark with 6 conditions attached.
