To the delight of food-lovers across the Northern Sound region, Cavan's Neven Maguire is back with a brand new cook book.
According to the famous chef, the new book is inspired by his previous, award-winning 'Midweek Meals' book which was released back in 2020 and will provide a further 100 new recipes for households to enjoy.
Speaking on the Joe Finnegan Show today, Neven who revealed the book will again include all of the tasty family favourites to enjoy from Monday to Friday, explained how his new book 'More Midweek Meals' comes at a "perfect time" given the current cost of living crisis and the need for households to cut back on food and energy waste.
As a result, a collection of one-tray meals that can be cooked in bulk will feature throughout the book in a bid to help families save money this winter and just as importantly get their taste buds tingling:
