N3 closed at Whitegate due to collision

A section of the N3 road in Co Cavan is closed this afternoon following a road traffic collision. As a a result of the incident, the N3 is closed to all traffic at Whitegate/Derver. Motorists are advised to avoid the route if possible. Motorists are also advised to follow official diversion routes only at this time.
