Motorists 'speeding' through Kingscourt at the weekend

A number of motorists were detected driving over the speed limit in Kingscourt at the weekend.

Gardai conducted speed checks at the location on Saturday.

Drivers were observed travelling over the limit between the 60km and 80km zones on the outskirts of the town.

Speeds of 133km, 99km, and 95km were detected.

Fixed penalty notices have been issued.
