Last night Cavan Gardai decided to speak to a driver in relation to their manner of driving in the Mountnugent area.
The driver failed to stop, then began ramming into the Garda vehicle a number of times.
This driver was eventually stopped and arrested for dangerous driving and criminal damage to property.

It was discovered this driver is also disqualified from driving. They appeared in court earlier today charged over the incident.
This vehicle was also detained under Section 41 Road Traffic Act for no insurance.
