A human rights group says more needs to be done to accommodate people with disabilities in the workplace.
It's after a new survey by the Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission to mark International Day of Persons with Disabilities shows nine in ten people feel employers need to do more to accommodate workers with disabilities.
Bridget Boyle, chair of Cavan Disability Network says that it is important for employers to provide the same opportunities to people with disabilities as they would to able-bodied people.
