A County Monaghan car dealership has won The Opel Dealer of the Year award. J McChesney & Sons, Main Opel Dealer in Clontibret County Monaghan has won the national the coveted Opel Dealer award.
Brian and Wendy McChesney were presented with the accolade at the annual Opel Dealer Conference, held at The Heritage Killenard in County Laois this week. The company has held a strong 6.9% Opel combined passenger car and light commercial vehicle market share in County Monaghan.
The win comes as the company reaches a significant milestone in 2022, celebrating 75 years in business. Brian McChesney, Dealer Principal, said the company was "simply delighted" to be bringing the Opel Dealer of the Year award home to Co Monaghan. "It's rewarding to know that our team's continued efforts are recognised by the Distributor and we can't accept the award without acknowledging our very valued customers," he added.
