Monaghan personality Tessa Fleming is back on our screens with her Irish language show dedicated to the nation's pets. "Peataí" is in its third season and next week will see the third episode in this series.
The show aims to answer pet owners' common - and not so common - questions about their beloved animals. The Monaghan girl told the Joe Finnegan Show she must've been off the school the day they were teaching the old adgae 'never work with children or animals'. Tessa presents the show alongside a vet, an animal groomer and behaviourist. She agrees Irish people are taking on more exotic and interesting animals as pets.
"We've got every type of animal out there," Tessa said, "But it always really surprises me what type of pets people have at home because it's getting real unusual but, it's so funny every animal has their own distinct characteristics and personalities and the bond they have with their owners is so fun to see in action."
