Co Monaghan based renewable energy services firm, NRG Panel, has purchased Galway based JFW Renewables. With headquarters in Loughrea, JFW installs solar PV, battery and EV charging services around Ireland. The company also employs around 50 people, bringing the total numbers employed by NRG Panel to around 125. Diversified renewable energy group NRG Panel based in Castleblayney recently revealed its plans to create up to 125 new highly skilled jobs across the island of Ireland within the next three to five years. The local business previoulsy stated to Northern Sound that they are "investing heavily" to drive the next stage of its growth, including plans to double business within the next three years, supported by its investor - private equity firm Melior Equity Partners. Irish private equity firm, Melior Equity Partners, which partnered with NRG Panel in October of last year, is also supporting the deal between NRG Panel and JFW Renewables.
