The new Digital Innovation Hub in Monaghan town is expected to open in October.
Monaghan County Council has this week advertised for a CEO for The Hub and a lease on a building is expected to be signed in the coming weeks.
Over €600,000 was announced for the project earlier this year and it will see up to 10 businesses taking part in its six-monthly rolling programmes.
It will see programmes to upskill and train staff in areas like Artificial Intelligence, Coding, Machine Learning and Edge Computing.
It's hoped it will help businesses to compete post-Brexit and help entrepreneurs develop their ideas and create employment.
