Women in Monaghan were most satisfied with the time spent talking about the physical and mental health at check-ups during pregnancy.
Women in Longford, on the other hand, were the least satisfied.
HIQA's National Maternity Experience Survey looked at the provision of maternity care by GPs, midwives and practice nurses.
The majority of women locally met with GPs, ranging from 90 per cent in Longford to 94 per cent in Roscommon.
In the findings, Monaghan was found to have the highest proportion of women who were most satisfied with the time spent discussing their physical health, at 64 per cent.
Longford is at the bottom of the table, with just 36 per cent.
That compares with Leitrim at 42 per cent, Roscommon at 43 per cent and Cavan at 44 per cent.
Women in Monaghan were also most satisfied with discussions around their mental health at 51 per cent.
Next highest locally was Roscommon at 42 per cent, Cavan at 41 per cent, Longford at 36 per cent and Just 32 per cent of women in Leitrim were satisfied with discussions around mental health during their pregnancy check-ups.
