Monaghan woman's sons missing in Egypt following legal challenge

A Monaghan woman has been describing the pain she's felt since her two young children were taken from her over two years ago.

Police in Egypt are searching for her former partner who's gone missing with the two boys. Mandy Kelly recently won a legal challenge in Cairo to have Zayn and Kareem returned to her.

37 year old Mandy Kelly, who lives in Dundalk and has been campaigning since 2022 for the return of her children.

However, a police search is underway in Egypt as the boys and their father are missing along with some of his family members. Mandy's described how it feels to have her children missing.
