Monaghan Town FC in partnership with Teach na Daoine Family Resource Centre presented a framed Jersey to the HSE Connecting for Life Team in Monaghan.
As part of this project Teach na Daoine Family Resource centre and Monaghan Town FC will be working with young people from the local area in getting them back into sport as part of an overall health and Wellbeing initiative.
