People in Monaghan are being urged to attend the pop-up Covid test centre this weekend.
The HSE yesterday announced the centre would be opening as the county has seen a dramatic rise in cases over recent weeks.
It will be open from 10am to 6pm tomorrow and Sunday at St Joseph's Pastoral Centre in Monaghan town.
The centre is open to anyone in the county and not only people who have Covid symptoms.
People need to bring a valid photo ID and a mobile number to receive their results.
Public health specialist Dr Keith Ian Quintyne says an increase in people gathering in groups is being blamed for an increasing number of cases.
