Parents of children with additional needs are being encouraged to contact SNAP Monaghan.
The Special Needs Active Parent's Group in the county had been inactive during the lockdowns but is now beginning to reopen and hold meetups for parents in the coming weeks.
Treasurer of the group Pamela Kenny says the sense of community among the parents in the group was a huge loss during Covid and often made the situation feel more isolating and challenging.
