Monaghan Mushrooms has further enhanced it's collaboration with leading retailer Marks & Spencer.
The local mushroom producer has been appointed to supply the new vegetarian mince and "veggie balls" that will expand M&S's existing "Plant Kitchen" range.
The partnership began in December 2020 as a result of Monaghan Mushroom's meat-free production capabilities.
M&S says it will benefit from Monaghan Mushroom's state-of-the-art purpose built facility and a team of over 50 food specialists.
The new veggie balls and veggie mince, developed by the innovation arm of Monaghan Mushrooms, have since been launched in M&S Food Stores across Ireland and the UK.
