KASH Beauty recently made its debut as the very first Irish makeup brand to grace the prestigious Brown Thomas Beauty Hall.
At the helm of its success is Monaghan native Keilidh Cashell who exploded onto the beauty scene in 2015 with her passion for cosmetics and creativity earning her more than four million followers across social media.
The brand is now available instore in 96 outlets across the island of Ireland, including Brown Thomas, Arnotts and Boots and it has a strong international presence though online sales, selling to 70 countries worldwide.
Based in Mullingar, the company also currently employs 10 people directly - across operations, logistics and marketing - alongside a range of third-party service providers.
As well as securing a lucrative deal with Brown Thomas Beauty Hall, KASH Beauty also announced that CastleGate Investments has become a significant minority shareholder in its online beauty business, providing both growth capital and mentoring to support its global growth ambition.
Speaking to Northern Sound, KASH Beaty Founder and Chief Executive, Keilidh Cashell said, “Creating a makeup brand has always been a dream of mine. To see how far we’ve managed to take the brand in two years is incredible.

KASH Beauty and its founder have a growing international following, having featured in British Vogue and received multiple product and business accolades, including: Best Beauty Entrepreneur at the Gossies 2022, Best Beauty Influencer at the 2018 Xposé Benefit Awards, and Best Beauty Influencer at the 2018 IMAGE Business of Beauty Awards.
Keilidh has also appeared as the face of a global campaign for US makeup giant Morphe Cosmetics for its ‘Hit the Lights Artistry Palette’, which saw her appear on billboards across the United States.
She has also presented Live on TikTok On Trend with world-renowned makeup artist Charlotte Tilbury; featured as a judge on RTÉ’s Glow Up Ireland, showcasing the growing talents of the country’s rising industry; and walked the red carpet at the BRIT Awards 2022. Keilidh has collaborated with some of the biggest influencers in the world, including Manny MUA and James Charles.
CastleGate Investments is a private family firm led by former Goodbody CEO, Roy Barrett. It manages a family fund on behalf of serial entrepreneur, Tommy Kelly. CastleGate holds a global investment portfolio which is invested across both public and private markets.
