Meanwhile, the Bailieborough-Cootehill LEA has the highest incidence rate in the two-week period up to the 22nd of November.
Each LEA is Co Monaghan has a 14-day incidence rate below 1,000 per 100,000 people.
Monaghan LEA has a rate of 754, Ballybay-Clones has an incidence rate of 869, while Carrickmacross-Castleblayney is registering 998 cases per 100,000.
All three are below the national average of 1,268.
In Co Cavan, Baileborough-Cootehill is above the national average, at 1,577.
The rate in Ballyjamesduff is slightly below the national average at 1,252, while Cavan-Belturbet has an incidence rate of 1,240.
Meanwhile, Drogheda has the highest incidence rate nationally at 2,235 cases per 100,000, and Belmullet in Co Mayo continues to have the lowest, at 468.
