Gardaí in Monaghan are currently investigating a break - in to a house in the Listinny area of Clontibret.
The incident occurred on Saturday the 17th of September between the hours of 7pm and 8:30pm.
According to Gardaí reports, a quantity of cash was stolen.

Elsewhere, Gardaí in Ballybay are also appealing for information in relation to a similar incident that occurred at Corfad, Ballybay also last Saturday evening.
Members of the public who may have noticed anything suspicious in either area or who can help with enquires in anyway have been asked to contact the Gardai in either Monaghan or Castleblayney.
