Monaghan gardaí investigate cemetery car theft

Monaghan Gardaí are investigating the theft of a vehicle that was parked in a local cemetery.

The incident occurred yesterday morning at around half ten in Latlorcan Cemetery.

Some of the stolen property was recovered a short time later on the Old Armagh Road and a dark-coloured Seat Altea was believed to be involved in the theft.

Monaghan Gardaí are appealing for anyone who has been in the area or witnessed anything suspicious to contact them on 047-772 -40.
