Monaghan Gardaí are appealing for information on a Hit and Run that occurred at the end of November.
Local Gardaí have just released information on the incident which happened on Friday 27th November at approximately 5:45pm at Annagola about 600m from Annagola Bridge en route to Middletown in Co. Armagh.
A white Audi A4 and a small white or silver vehicle, possibly a Peugeot 206, were involved in the collision with the small white or silver vehicle fleeing the scene.
This car was later set on fire in Northern Ireland shortly after.
There were no major injuries but Gardaí are anxious to speak to anyone who was in the area between 5:30 and 5:45pm and may have any information.
