A Monaghan farmer says he is unhappy with the Mercosur trade deal agreement and wants the deal scrapped.
Edmund Graham who is also the ICSA National Beef Chairman says the Irish government and MEPS need to be stronger and more vocal on the deal.
The trade deal covers lots of different products but it affects farmers through the movement of beef.
The local farmer told Northern Sound that the Mercosur deal is being imposed by Irish farmers on beef that will be imported from South America.
